Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs & Timing

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order” basis and is based on the Ship To Location you select. Sometimes we offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide as described below based upon total Order Value.
Shipping Timing

Products in stock are shipped between 1 and 3 working days (week days excluding Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays). You will be provided estimated arrival date during the checkout process. During checkout, you will be provided an estimated arrival date based upon delivery destination. In some instances we may offer expedited delivery at additional cost.

By providing us your shipping destination ZIP code or allowing us to use your current location can result in greater accuracy for your estimated arrival date. Certain products may require additional time to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date. If for some reason you don’t receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period.

PO boxes:  Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. If you specified a PO box as the shipping address, you may see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.

Title to Products

Purchases of product through Tangamart.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier’s delivery to the ship-to address specified for the order, and we is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

Shipping to a Military Address – APO/DPO/FPO

In most cases we may ship to Army Post Office (APO), Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. However we may not be able to ship to all destinations. We apologize for any inconvenience.
 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

If you would like the items to be shipped to multiple addresses than you should create separate orders for each address. 

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders $75 and up.

On qualifying items, free shipping will be noted on the product page and in your cart, along with an estimated date of arrival. The $75 order total is after coupons and before taxes, and does not include select digital downloads, e-gift cards, special orders, items listed as specialty items, scheduled delivery items and any items cancelled or removed from the order.
